LaptopIndy was started in 2010 by Aaron Springer.
Although LaptopIndy is relatively new, the skills of the technicians involved in repairs and upgrades are tried and true. No technician in LaptopIndy's employ has less than five years of experience, with the most experienced technician being Aaron Springer himself, with fourteen years of professional experience.
LaptopIndy has close ties to the academic community, and provides special services and discounts to students, staff, and faculty. In addition, LaptopIndy also offers discounts to Not for Profit organizations, allowing those organizations to put their resources to better use.
